Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of SafarOps' fleet, inventory, and ERP platform.

Effective date: July 12, 2026

These Terms are written to be fair and practical for SafarOps' multi-tenant customers, not overly strict. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SafarOps, a multi-tenant transport fleet management, inventory management, and ERP platform. By creating an account or using SafarOps, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

2. The SafarOps Platform

SafarOps provides tools to manage fleets, drivers, inventory, orders, and related operations through a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform. Features, plans, and pricing may be updated over time as the product evolves; we'll communicate significant changes to account administrators.

3. Accounts & Tenants

Each organization operates within its own isolated tenant workspace. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their own tenant, including adding, removing, and setting permissions for team members.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable advance notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied with SafarOps. If you believe you were charged in error, or you're unhappy with the service shortly after a payment, contact us at support@safarops.com and we'll review your request in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

We don't enforce rigid no-refund policies; reasonable requests made in a timely manner are generally accommodated, though refunds aren't guaranteed for extended or heavily used billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SafarOps lawfully and not to misuse the platform — for example, attempting to access another tenant's data, disrupting the service, or reverse-engineering the software. We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk to the platform or other tenants.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into SafarOps (fleet records, inventory, orders, and similar content). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

8. Availability & Support

We aim to keep SafarOps reliable and available, though occasional maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur. Our support team is available during business hours to help with questions or issues; contact details are on our Contact page.

9. Termination

You may stop using SafarOps and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible, except in cases involving security or legal risk where immediate action may be necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

SafarOps is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as SafarOps grows. We'll post the revised version here with an updated effective date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account administrators in advance.
