How SafarOps collects, uses, and protects information across our fleet, inventory, and ERP platform.
Effective date: July 12, 2026
SafarOps is a multi-tenant fleet, inventory, and ERP platform. We take data protection seriously and keep every tenant's operational data isolated and secure.
At SafarOps we provides a multi-tenant transport fleet management, inventory management, and ERP platform used by businesses to plan, track, and manage their operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using SafarOps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information such as your name, work email, company name, and role when you or your organization sign up.
Operational data your organization enters into the platform, including fleet, vehicle, driver, inventory, and order records, which remains isolated to your tenant workspace.
Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and general device and browser information, collected to help us improve the product.
Billing information processed securely through our payment providers; SafarOps does not store full card details on its own servers.
To provide, maintain, and improve the SafarOps platform and its features.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
To monitor platform performance, prevent misuse, and keep tenant data properly separated and secure.
To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations where applicable.
SafarOps is built as a multi-tenant system. Each organization's fleet, inventory, and operational data is logically separated from other tenants and is only accessible to authorized users within that organization, plus SafarOps staff where needed for support or maintenance with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal or operational data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as hosting, analytics, or payment processors) strictly to operate the platform, and only under confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of SafarOps and its users.
We retain account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to any records we're required to keep.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong credentials and enable available account protections.
You can review and update your account information at any time from within your SafarOps dashboard. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, in line with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as SafarOps evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a revised effective date, and for significant changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account administrators.
